This is the privacy policy for Recover Old Leads ("we", "us"), a service of Applied AI Advisory, Charlotte, NC. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
If you call, text, or email us, we keep the contact information you give us — your name, phone number, email, company name, and whatever you tell us about your lead list — so we can respond and run the service you asked about.
Pest control companies hire us to re-contact people who previously asked that company for a quote. For that work we act as a service provider: the list belongs to the client, we use it only to perform the service for that client, and we do not use one client's list for any other client or purpose.
Before any outreach goes out, numbers are checked against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable phone rules. Anyone who asks to stop hearing from a client is suppressed from that client's outreach going forward, and we keep records of those checks.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except the vendors we need to operate (for example, phone and messaging providers), and only for that purpose.
If you want your information deleted, or you never want to hear from us again, say so — by phone, text ("STOP"), or email to support@recoveroldleads.com — and we'll honor it.
