Recover Old Leadsfrom the team behind Astride Pro Leads

Your old leads are still worth money.
We put them back to work.

You paid for every lead in that system. Same for every customer that left. Most never bought — bad timing, tight budget, or the ants went away on their own. We watch the weather, the seasons, life events, and your own notes to find the ones whose time has come back around. Then we send them to your phone — while they're still hot.

You already paid for these leads once.

Every pest company has a pile like this. Homeowners who called, got a price, and disappeared. Nobody has time to work that list — so it just sits there. Here's what a typical pile looks like:

Old leads and old customers sitting in the system5,000+
What each one cost you the first time$30 – $80
What you already spent on that pile$150,000+
What it costs to buy them back$0 — you own them
Example numbers — that's what you've already spent, not what we charge. The pilot costs a small fraction of that, quoted on your first call.

How it works

1

We sort and check your list

You send us a spreadsheet export — that's it, no software hookup. We sort every lead and figure out the best way to reach each one: a text, a call from a real person, or a postcard. Every lead gets checked and cleared before anyone reaches out.

2

We figure out who's ready now

Pests run on weather. Termites swarm after spring rain. Mosquitoes blow up after a wet week. Ants march inside when it turns hot and dry. We match that against what each lead asked about and when — and pull out the ones most likely to say yes this month, not someday.

3

A service request hits your phone — you book the job

Everything goes out under your company name. The moment an old lead raises their hand, we send the service request to your phone in real time — so your team calls back while they're still hot. Your people only talk to customers who want service — not tire-kickers.

The founding partner deal

This is a new service, and we'll be straight with you about that. We built it on the same engine that runs Astride Pro Leads, but we don't have case studies yet — and we want them. So the first three companies get founding pricing in exchange for letting us publish the results.

Claim a Founding Spot
Your quote depends on a few details — mainly list size and quality. We'll give you the numbers — setup and per-request — on the first call, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Our end of the deal

We'll send at least 10 service requests to your phone in 90 days — or we work free until we do.

It's in writing before you commit. A service request is someone from your own list who raised their hand for service and was sent to your phone. We count them at day 90, and if we're short, we keep working at no extra charge until we hit the number. No fine print gymnastics — if the math doesn't work for you, it doesn't work for us either.

Straight answers

My leads are two, three years old. Too old?

No — that's the sweet spot. Pest problems come back. The homeowner who had termites quoted in 2024 lives in the same house, next to the same woods. Old just means their timing was wrong then. We find the ones whose timing is right now. Cancelled customers count too. They know your work, and they're usually the easiest ones to win back.

Do you need access to my software?

No. You export your leads to a spreadsheet and send it over. If you can download a file, you're set — and we'll walk you through it on the first call if you want.

Are you going to blast my whole list?

The opposite. Blasting is how companies end up in court. We only text leads that pass every check, and the rest get mail or a live call. Slower, smaller batches — but they're the right batches, and your company name stays clean.

What does it cost?

Pricing is simple: a one-time setup fee to get your list cleaned, sorted, and scored, then a per-request rate for every service request we send to your phone. Your exact numbers depend on a few details, mainly list size and quality, so you get both rates on the first call, in writing, before you decide anything. The guarantee is in writing too: if we haven't delivered at least 10 service requests by day 90, we keep working at no extra charge until we have. Founding partners pay half those rates.

My list is small. Is this still worth it?

Honest answer: if you're sitting on fewer than about 500 old leads, the pilot probably isn't worth the money yet. Call anyway — we'll tell you straight in five minutes, and tell you what to do in the meantime so the list keeps growing in good shape.

How is this different from buying leads?

Buying leads is paying for new people. This is getting a second harvest out of people you already paid for. Most companies only do the first. There's no reason not to do both — the leads are just sitting there.

How do you reach out?

Under your company name, in small batches — a text, a call from a real person, or a postcard, depending on the lead. Before anything goes out, every number is checked against the Do Not Call registry and the phone rules; leads that can't be texted get a postcard or a call from a real person instead. You approve every message before it sends, anyone who says "stop" is off the list for good, and we keep proof of every check for five years. And when someone's ready, we send the service request to your phone in real time.
